  • If you’ve had chiropractic care before, the prenatal adjustment will most likely differ in that it is typically more gentle and more specific.

    The webster technique starts with the pelvis and continues on to the upper regions of the spine. Dr. Jenny uses myofascial release and some massage to help the body unwind. Adjustments are done with you laying face down on a belly pillow and are done by hand or with a gentle adjusting tool called the activator.

    Depending on your needs, Dr. Jenny may use kinesio tape to help support tight muscles, relieve pain or help with mobility.

    Many mamas report having more energy and feeling lighter after their adjustment.

  • For care throughout your pregnancy we recommend booking out several months plus one week past your “guess date” to ensure consistent care.

    For most pregnancies, the cadence of every other week until the last trimester works best. We recommend weekly care during the last trimester due to the dynamic baby growth and pelvic changes during that time and to help you prepare for birth.

    Postpartum:

    Although we do prioritize patients that are on a timeline, such as the weeks leading up to birth and IVF cycles.

  • We are out of network but we can provide a superbill for you to submit for potential reimbursement. We also take HSA and FSA forms of payment.
